Dear Trina,

I didn’t know the thing had an “off/on” switch. He serviced the door and now it runs quietly up and down.

This house is so old (1916) the wiring only has two wires instead of three as used now. Thus the replacement wouldn’t work.

We just want you to know how pleased we are with our new garage door. My husband saw it for the first time last weekend. He really liked it, too. I think he was pleasantly surprised at how good it looked and how smoothly it worked!

We also wanted to let you know what a pleasant experience it was dealing with Trina and the guys that came and measured and the guys who came to install. All were very punctual and professional. What a pleasure to find folks these days who are pleasant, professional and willing to go an extra step or tow to accommodate the client/consumer. That is a very rare privilege anymore!

I had come to your business a couple of times to get new remote openers after we purchased the property in 1990. And that is really the reason why I called you to get the new door. Everyone was always pleasant and eager to help. Trina was wonderful! I guess you know that. She is so pleasant and professional on the phone and when I explained our situation--we live in Birmingham and it is difficult to get there during the week and when I was there for a few days the first of the summer, she got the guys out on a Friday when I was returning to Birmingham, even though the day was pretty full she got those guys out to measure my door and then we talked about which door, prices, etc. and then decided and we set a date. We had a bad storm here the Sunday before I was to come back up and a huge tree fell on our house and basically wrecked it and we had to move out in just a couple of days after and the world turned upside down for us for a few weeks. I called Trina to postpone the installation, she said no problem, "hon," give me a couple says heads up when you can come up and we will be out and get it down. And so she did! There were no glitches, no cancellations on your end and the guys showed up, in the rain, a drizzling rain, but rain just the same, on time and installed the door and it works perfectly and looks amazingly great!

Thank you all for such a good, professional, pleasant experience. I hope I can refer you some business in the future. If the opportunity arises, you can be assured Garage Doors of Maryville will come highly recommended by us.
